Challenge: The construction machines are generating a great amount of data that is used to plan maintenance, track the fuel, check the energy consumption, calculate the productivity, monitor the site development etc. The data is usually of the type of “big data” Engineers, service schedulers and equipment managers know how to read the data, however the operators don't. Volvo wants to solve the following problem : “The data cannot be overlooked by a human, thus algorithms are used to analyze and process the data and chop it into smaller, more graspable chunks. We would like you to think about a solution that supports the machine operator to understand the “small data” in a way that the data is easy accessible, informative and actionable.

Solution: Our soluion is an application that makes the planning and organizing of the workday, fun and efficient. Spend less time running around trying to get a grip of your workplace. Instead, have fun improving your driving skills, unlock the full potential of your Volvo machine before your workday starts by visualizing your work and worksite.
