A workshop on digital health, with focus on how technology may assist personal wellness was arranged within SICAHT (Swedish Innovation Center for Applied Health Technology) at Hyper Island. Professor Tobias Larsson and entrepreneur Sebastian Sjöberg (QHelf) ran the workshop.
Some 25 people were in place from companies, health care system, and BTH. The experience was built around commercially available wearables and after an introductory session on what can be done, teams were set in action discussing problems and possible solution designs. A design canvas was used to facilitate the transfer of discussions into actionable knowledge and solution components.
