Presentations at ICAT-EGVE 2025

The International Conference on Artificial Reality and Telexistence & Eurographics Symposium on Virtual Environments, ICAT-EGVE 2025, is hosted by BTH with Professor Veronica Sundstedt as local host.

During the opening night the conference was at Virtual Production Studio Lab and researchers Ryan Ruvald and Andrea Nordwall had put together project presentations and tech demos of the capabilities of VPSL introducing a range of simulation, modeling, and visualization research results for industrial, maritime, and creative use cases.

Special thanks to BTH Virtual Production students Celine Kozak & Nils Vinge for collaborating on the Virtual Production session, which demonstrated camera interaction with real-time radiance field rendering at 1:1 scale on the 25×6 meter LED wall. 3D Gaussian Splatting Lidar model courtesy of Andrii Shramko.

PDRL was co-organisers of the event.
