Project course 2 (MT1539) with students from the Mechanical Engineering programme’s 3rd year delivered their final presentations along with an expo for the general public and media.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, mechanical engineering students worked on company-related or entrepreneurial projects that required satisfying user needs and technical functions. They worked on projects involving the design of physical artifacts with innovation potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The students worked in teams, and collaborated with a number of\nstakeholders, both inside and outside of the BTH. This year, there were five\nteams working on a wide range of projects, such as \u2018school gate lock\u2019,\n\u2018mechanical horse\u2019, \u20183D scanning and printing\u2019, \u2018stair-climbing robot\u2019, and \u2018e-Health\u2019.\nThe BTH maker space and innovation lab supported students in their project work,\nincluding prototyping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In May 2019, the students exhibited their\nprojects to the general public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
