Tested Site Optimization Solutions (Tested-SOS)

The goal is to implement and test a digital infrastructure that integrates various innovative services
into a unified, scalable digital platform.

Tested-SOS aims to be the next step toward digital representation, simulation, and optimization in the off-road industry through simulation models that can mirror the physical world from system to site level. This will increase the understanding of how off-road sites can be optimized from a multi-dimensional perspective. It will also lower knowledge gaps to introduce new technologies such as electromobility and autonomy.

Work sites are complex systems, made even more complex by adding zero-emission and automation technology. The utilization of charging infrastructure and the safety benefits of automation must be weighed against productivity levels and the total utilization on the sites. Together, the platform can support goals on zero-emission and zero-accidents and speed up implementation, by enabling integration of multiple systems and data sources, providing the foundation for safer working environments by facilitating and enhancing automated and semi-automated solutions.
