BTH and EmbeddedArt have a collaboration agreement where the Malen submarine (with its onboard experimental technology platform) is available for research and education efforts.
During a day at BTH CEO Jörgen Juhlin and staff demonstrated the capabilities of Malen and discussed connectivity, underwater operation, and also future plans, for researchers and teachers from Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering and Software Engineering representing also the engineering educations of Marine and Mechanical Engineering.
Thesis projects, research challenges and potential for development were discussed and will now be borught to action.
