July 29 to August 1 The Arts Dot 2025 was held in Karlskrona and Blue Port Studios.
As part of the Karlskrona Archipelago Festival there were four curated events during The Arts Dot;
- International Art Exhibition at the Galleri Chapman
- The Grand Screen Experience at the Karlskrona Blue Port Studios
- Modular Art—A Collective Creation
- Live Painting and a creative outdoor activity on Stumholmen
The event consisted of several talks and presentations (full program) and BTH was part of several of the activities after the opening talk by Deputy Mayor Christopher Larsson;
- Professor Tobias Larsson “Presentation on the Virtual Production Studio’sorigins, funding, operations, and future vision”
- Associate Professor Yan Hu “How immersive technologies are reshapinghealthcare and education”
- PhD candidate Andrea Nordwall in panel session with Joakim Hansson “Bridging Academia and Film Innovation”
- BTH students: Presentation of student projects to fostercitizen dialogue: 1. Augmented Reality portalsand AI interaction. 2. Experience navalheritage through immersive gaming
